Our Story
Plush Pancakes was birthed after a conversation I had with a close friend about my love of American pancakes! Whilst working as a DJ, at a local nightclub, I discussed at length my obsession with Crepes and decided that. ultimately, this was something I had to share with the world. Following a month of deliberation, I decided that I’d do this by starting my own catering business which I launched on Pancake Day in 2019 at my former workplace, Virgin Active. Following this, I’ve been lucky enough to spread my love of sweet and savory Crepes throughout the country. I hope to share my love of my favorite food with you also!
Live cooking
We love preparing food in real-time, in full view of the people we’re serving. All of our dishes are cooked in this way which creates an engaging spectacle for onlookers and dinners. Cooking in this way also guarantees that our food is freshly prepared which adds a sense of excitement and quality to the meal experience. In recent months We’ve worked on film sets for Netflix, Warner Bros, BBC, and ITV. Our food has been sampled by some of Hollywood’s biggest stars including Cush Jumbo, Jasmine Jobson, and Olivia Coleman.
In addition to catering on a number of high-profile film sets, I was also fortunate enough to appear on the Gadget Show in 2024. I featured, alongside the show host John Bentley in an episode about frying pans. As part of this, I was even given an opportunity to cook my American Pancakes on national television. It was an incredible experience!

Catering outside
We’re also able to setup outside underneath our Gazebo’s. All we require to do this is 3×3 meters of space and direct access to one 13-amp plug socket.
indoor catering
Typically our stylish mobile Crepe stands are set up indoors. To set up all we require is 2×2 meters of space and direct access to one 13-amp plug socket.
Menus
At your event, we can serve from one of three menus. One features sweet American Pancakes. Our most popular menu features sweet American Pancakes and sweet Crepes and our most elaborate menu includes sweet American Pancakes, sweet Crepes, and savory Crepes!
